I've had a serious nose complex, so I'm the kind of person who wore a nose prosthesis for five straight years. I went for a consultation about nose surgery, and the consultation manager looked at my nose and said it did not seem necessary. I said I did not like the tip of my nose, but he said the tip could not be changed. He also said the nostrils could absolutely not be made smaller, which was so disappointing. He told me that a natural face without cosmetic surgery is so precious these days, and not to make scars for no reason. The director came in and said nothing, then turned his head this way
