My nostrils showed way too much even from the front, so I got surgery just hoping that would be fixed, and I really think I’m glad I did it. Through surgery, the length of my nose was extended, and since the angle changed, my nostrils show less too. The front view improved, but the side line changed a lot as well. Other than being careful to sleep flat on my back and avoiding intense exercise in case it might irritate my nose, there hasn’t been any major discomfort. I really should’ve done it earlier.
