I had surgery 3 years ago. I had several procedures, including a silicone implant for the nasal bridge, alar reduction, correction of a deviated nose, hump reduction, osteotomy, nasal tip reduction, bulbous nose correction, etc. The result wasn’t great. Considering how much was done, it didn’t change dramatically. Of course, it did improve a little compared to before, but that was exactly the extent of it. Honestly, I didn’t really like it from the moment the splint came off. Since the doctor is an otolaryngology specialist, I think their aesthetic sense isn’t that great. I should have gone to a plastic surgery specialist, but it felt like a step backward. In the end, I’m planning to get revision surgery somewhere else.
