I wondered when time would pass, but I can’t believe it’s already been 4 months since my nose surgery!! I had a checkup and felt so good, so I’ll post my second review too. After a few months, it definitely seems like a lot more of the residual swelling has gone down compared to right after surgery. Maybe it’s just how I feel, but my nose also feels more comfortable, like it’s really my own nose. As time goes by, it feels like it’s becoming more natural and slimmer. The clinic said residual swelling takes at least 6 months to go down, but I’m completely satisfied even with how it is now! Haha Before surgery, because my nasal bridge was low, what I hated most was that my impression looked round and dull. Since that improved, I got excited and took tons of selfies. It’s honestly just amazing that one nose surgery can change your image this much. People around me keep saying I look like I lost weight and look younger, so I’m really happy. Actually, I haven’t lost any weight at all haha Before surgery, the things I asked the director for were: Since my nasal bridge is low, I want it raised a bit, but not too obviously. I want a straight-to-slightly-curved nose. Please raise the nasal tip and balance the nostril size well. I think the director took all my requests into account well. Before surgery, I was debating by myself whether to use silicone or do it without an implant, but if your skin and soft tissue condition allows it, I think placing a thin layer of silicone like I did can make the nasal bridge look a bit more defined, so keep that in mind! Right after surgery and also when I went for this follow-up check, the director examined everything carefully, so I felt reassured and liked that. Lastly, I did write this in my previous post too, but a lot of people asked me by message, so I’ll briefly leave the surgery details. I used 3.5 mm silicone together with septal cartilage and ear cartilage. I think it really helped that I asked the director point by point whether I would use silicone, how much could be used if I did, and what would be used if I went without an implant. I hope my review helps even a little.
