There isn't a big difference in shape between week 1 and week 2, but the change in my physical condition is really huge! I'm so much more comfortable now. Up to week 1 - my breasts were tingling and I had a strong feeling that the implants were tightly packed under the muscle- I was cautious about moving my arms, so I only wore clothes with buttons- because my chest felt tight, I kept hunching my back without realizing it- even my stomach was swollen, so my clothes felt tight and digestion wasn't good- there were times when my chest muscles twitched like spasms (it didn't happen on both sides at the same time; one day it was the right side, another day the left, like that)- I slept sitting up at almost a 75-degree angle, and that was the hardest part Now that it's week 2- no breast tingling at all, but instead there is a strong pinching feeling in the nipples- even just the nipples touching the fabric of my clothes feels kind of sore?- my arms are comfortable now, so I can put on and take off clothes freely - since there's no discomfort, I straighten my back and chest and walk around confidently- all the abdominal swelling is gone and I'm back to normal; digestion is good now too- normally I don't feel tightness, and only feel tight when I take a deep breath- I sleep with only my upper body elevated about 20 degrees- the clinic said my progress is good considering my skin is tight. Now even if I press both sides of my breasts inward to gather them, it doesn't hurt- because of my skin quality, during the day I'm wearing the bra adjusted tightly to bring the cleavage together, and when I sleep I'm sleeping without the bra (because the clinic told me to do that)- Dermabond? fell off, so I'm applying scar cream now!- Oh, but I don't know if the stretch mark cream doesn't suit my skin type, but sebum is coming up and I'm getting acne I didn't get greedy about size and had the surgery while thinking about how clothes would fit, and although it still looks very much like implants right now, I really, really like it. Above all, maybe the surgery went well, but I liked that it didn't hurt, and I think recovery is fast, so I'm very, very satisfied!
