Hello! I’m an ordinary mom in my 40s who exclusively breastfed two children for 2 years, then got into exercise and even shot three body-profile photoshoots, losing all the elasticity in my breasts. Day of surgery On the day of surgery, I signed the consent form with the consultant, and the director came by once more and checked everything thoroughly. The director even joked around to help me relax, but since I’m such an extreme scaredy-cat, I couldn’t hear anything and my heart was just pounding🥹🥹 The previous surgery ran long so I waited a bit, but the recovery room was so comfortable that I rested there like I was at home before going in^^ What I was most worried about was getting an injection because my blood vessels are thin and tend to burst easily. But two nurses checked both arms and succeeded in one try, and it didn’t even hurt at all! I was so grateful that I don’t even know how many times I shouted thank you in the operating room. Thanks to that, my tension eased completely, and as soon as I put on the mask, I fell asleep as if I had passed out..
Right after surgery, when I opened my eyes, my breasts felt heavy and the sutured areas had a stinging ache. They said the surgery took about 2 hours. I wasn’t supposed to fall asleep, so I held on with willpower while getting a painkiller injection, and after about an hour the pain disappeared like a lie! I could even hold my phone, and my condition recovered quickly enough that I could gulp down water. When I took off the gown to be discharged, strangely there were no bandages in my armpits? It turned out that the director said he didn’t want to leave scars, so he removed the accessory breast tissue all at once through the inframammary incision. I was endlessly touched by the director’s thoughtfulness...
Day 2 after surgery Pain 0? Is this real! I came home, ate porridge, slept deeply, and woke up, and I truly don’t have even a bit of pain. My arms go up naturally, and the upper band isn’t uncomfortable at all. If anything, it hurt so little that I asked the consultant, “Is this normal?” Even during the holiday, the consultant kindly gave feedback and looked after me, so I felt so reassured
The most amazing thing is that my nipples, which had been pointing downward, are now facing forward! It’s also fascinating that my areolas look bigger thanks to the implants. Since my breasts are widely spaced, my task now is to bring them together well, and I’m excitedly waiting after being given the mission to buy a V-Fit bra this weekend. I had a lot of worries because I’m having surgery after turning 40, but now that I’ve escaped the stress of sagging breasts, I’m already looking forward to each day!!! I’m planning to go for a light walk for about 30 minutes later^^
