My outer eye corners were upturned and my eyes were narrow, so I kept thinking about lateral and lower canthoplasty. The reviews for a plastic surgery clinic were good, so I had it done last summer!
I felt like I would probably do it there anyway, so I only had a consultation at one place. We discussed side effects like a ㄷ-shaped deformity, dry eyes, eye-smile, the shape I wanted, etc., then I set the date right away and had the surgery.
The top is after, the bottom is before. I took the photos unedited, trying to keep the conditions as similar as possible.
First of all, I like that my impression looks softer and my eyes feel less stuffy.
And above all, I barely felt any side effects!! It has been over 6 months since the surgery, and I’m doing well without the corners sticking in a ㄷ shape or my eye-smile looking unnatural.
The single director uses a unique technique, so the cost wasn’t on the low side, but even if I went back, I think I would get it done at the same clinic again, for real.
And the staff were super kind too.
