Review of incisional double eyelid surgery and ptosis correction at ㅇㅇㅋ in Gwangju

The director and all the staff were kind, so I was able to receive treatment comfortably every time I went~ The director also gave a kind and thorough consultation, and I liked that they didn’t recommend excessive surgery. For example, when I asked whether I should get epicanthoplasty (I didn’t really know much, and since other people said to do it together, I thought maybe while I was at it...), I remember they clearly told me I didn’t need it haha. Before surgery, half of my eyes were covered, so it caused quite a lot of difficulty in daily life (if you look at the photos, they’re ID photos so there’s some retouching, but I really had my eyes opened wide..). Now I can’t believe that when I open my eyes properly and look straight ahead, I can even see the ceiling.... I feel a bit resentful that I spent 90% of my life seeing only half of what other people could see lol. Anyway, that’s how much it feels like my eyes have been opened.. Also, the worry I had about “what if my eye shape becomes strange?” seems to have turned out quite well now that it’s been a few months. For me, I had two goals: functional improvement + improving my impression, and I’m not really sure what kind of look I was pursuing... But even without that, it seems like the doctor designs it nicely and beautifully, so I think people who are also worried about that aspect may be a good fit. When they recommended ptosis correction, I was half in doubt because I wondered if there would be side effects, but as time passed, I had no discomfort at all, so I thought they must have performed the surgery well. During this process, they had said they would correct it deeply, and I also liked that they reflected my opinion and adjusted it appropriately. Even during surgery, I woke up midway and it proceeded while I was conscious, but it wasn’t hard at all. During recovery, except for the day of surgery, I have no memory of any pain at all, so I was surprised. I think the atmosphere during surgery was also comfortable and good. Even after surgery, whenever I had questions, I kept contacting the clinic, and they always responded kindly with detailed explanations, so I was satisfied with that as well.
