I originally had a really severe bulbous nose. It may not look that way in the photo, but in person it was worse, and I really hated how my bulbous nose made my image look dull and unfashionable, so I ended up even getting surgery.
I heard that for a first nose surgery, a lot of people use ear cartilage + silicone, but I was scared of side effects and wanted something safe and sturdy.. so I had surgery with autologous costal cartilage.
The pain was tolerable, and it has been about 6 months since the surgery now. The scar from harvesting the rib cartilage is almost invisible, so I’m glad I chose autologous costal cartilage. The scar was very short to begin with too.
What I was most worried about was hearing rumors that even after surgery, a bulbous nose could go back again, but after having it done, I think the correction turned out well, and there is no drooping of the nasal tip at all.
I found the clinic after looking on Instagram and ended up having surgery at Vimin, and I think my satisfaction is really high.
