I originally considered a custom implant too, but they said my nasal bone shape was rounded and the left-right balance was also fine, so a custom one wasn’t really necessary and a standard implant would be enough. I understood why so many reviews mention that they liked how the doctor tried to make it look natural using the least burdensome method possible. Looking at the before and after photos, my nasal bridge is higher and more defined, and the spread-out nasal tip and side profile are neatly refined, so my facial features that used to look kind of broad now feel more centered. It’s about the level I wanted, so my satisfaction is pretty high, and these days I feel good because I worked hard visiting places to find one that would look at things naturally and in detail, and the result seems just as successful.
