I had nose filler and dissolvable-thread Hiko about twice, and I even got injections to dissolve the filler Maybe because of that, my nasal bridge and nasal tip somehow felt compressed, and when viewed from the front my nose looked spread out to the sides, so it was really stressful...;; Because it looked spread out and the nasal tip also seemed to curl inward, my overall impression looked stuffy, so I wanted to properly improve it rather than getting procedures like filler or Hiko. I had a consultation at a clinic, and they said that although the filler and threads I had before were mostly gone, my nose was overall compressed and spread sideways, and even the angle of my nasal tip tended to be tucked inward, so correcting the nasolabial angle would help make my impression look more refined. Fortunately, the cartilage inside my nose was fairly long, so we decided to raise the nasal tip with cartilage and correct the nasal tip angle at the same time. I originally considered a custom implant too, but they said my nasal bone shape was rounded and the left-right balance was also fine, so a custom one wasn’t really necessary and a standard implant would be enough. I understood why so many reviews mention that they liked how the doctor tried to make it look natural using the least burdensome method possible. Looking at the before and after photos, my nasal bridge is higher and more defined, and the spread-out nasal tip and side profile are neatly refined, so my facial features that used to look kind of broad now feel more centered. It’s about the level I wanted, so my satisfaction is pretty high, and these days I feel good because I worked hard visiting places to find one that would look at things naturally and in detail, and the result seems just as successful.
