I had revision rhinoplasty after removing L-shaped silicone

During my first surgery, I didn’t know anything and had used L-shaped silicone, but I heard it could become a problem at any time, so I was considering revision surgery. I told the director about my concerns regarding side effects from the implant and the parts of my nose shape that I wanted to improve, and he listened well and examined everything carefully. As I had heard, Director Choi Kyung-wook was extremely meticulous~ I felt like I didn’t need to visit anywhere else, so I booked the surgery right away. On the day of surgery, I was half nervous and half excited, but the staff took such good care of me that I felt reassured and comfortable. I’m originally the type to swell easily, and I remembered having severe swelling after my first surgery, so I was worried that the revision surgery might be even worse. But this time, there was no swelling or bruising, so even though I had a splint on the day of surgery, I was surprised that I could go about daily life normally. Only the inside of my nose was a bit swollen, so other than having to breathe through my mouth, I was completely fine. I’m so happy with the surgical result. All the parts I wanted were improved exactly as I hoped, and the shape came out just as the director designed it. He said the nasal tip and columella were especially important... and I’m so satisfied because he made everything look harmonious from both the front and side views.
