My glabella was low and my nasal tip was spread out, so from the side, I basically had no nasal bridge at all. It was to the point where there wasn’t much difference in height between my nasal tip and upper lip... Having a flat nose was upsetting enough, but my nasal obstruction was also severe, so I looked into functional cosmetic rhinoplasty. I really prioritized safety, so rather than a general plastic surgery clinic, I chose GNG, an ENT-specialized hospital, and I think it was a good choice. The examination equipment was well set up, and after getting a CT scan, it turned out I had a deviated septum, rhinitis, and even a nasal valve issue. Fortunately, I had enough septal cartilage, so we decided to use a custom implant for the bridge and septal cartilage for the nasal tip during surgery. Maybe because Director Hong Sung Moon has great experience, he recommended everything from the materials to the surgical plan in a customized way After the surgery, even before removing the splint, I could already see that the line had changed. I was half shocked and half happy at having such a prominent nose The tip isn’t too pointy either, and I think the line came out naturally and well!!! Even to me, the line came out so pretty, and maybe because my pressed-down flat nose improved so well, breathing has become much more comfortable too. When I still had the nasal packing in, I couldn’t tell, but after removing the packing, my nasal obstruction has been improving day by day~ Whether cosmetic rhinoplasty or functional rhinoplasty, I’m 1000% satisfied!!
