The clinic had a very classic feel.. I went after reading the director’s blog, and he seemed to have expertise and a clear sense of direction.. He seemed to prefer non-destructive methods and a natural look that doesn’t make it obvious you had surgery, There was a slightly authoritative feel, but he wasn’t unfriendly, and he explained things in detail while using Photoshop. He said he would answer any questions I might have later. My main concern is improving the frontal view, but with the closed approach the director recommended, using only silicone and ear cartilage, it seemed like it would just add height, so that was disappointing (the cost was almost half..). The director said he recommended this method, and when I looked at reviews on his blog, among similar cases, someone who had this method did get some improvement in the frontal view, but I dislike having an upturned nose, so I felt I might not be satisfied with the result. Second, the method using autologous costal cartilage was more expensive than I expected, and the director also said he did not recommend it because the surgical method is too complex. It seemed like he wanted to solve things non-destructively with the most minimal method possible.. During the consultation, the director recommended a method different from the direction I wanted, and the consultation manager kept smiling in a way that made me feel bad throughout the consultation, so I didn’t really feel like continuing the consultation. It was nice that they organized the estimate details separately and gave them to me on a memo sheet.
