I had rhinoplasty about 10 years ago, but my nose ended up deviating to the left, so recently when I had a philtrum reduction, I also had another nose surgery. But I felt like the part deviating to the left still wasn’t properly corrected, and maybe because I’d had the philtrum reduction, the shape looked awkward too. My mouth also looked severely protruded, so in the end I had another revision rhinoplasty I also wanted to have it done with a closed approach like my previous surgery, and I wanted to properly fix my breathing too, so I had closed revision rhinoplasty at Nose Lab, where there’s an ENT specialist! Maybe because it’s a place many people go to for revision rhinoplasty, the asymmetry and breathing have become so much more comfortable, and maybe because I also had nasolabial angle correction, the protruding look of my mouth went away completely, so it turned out very natural Overall, it became harmonious, so compared to before, it looks much less obviously operated on now, and I think it looks natural😖
