Nose surgery also has trends. Even the shape people call a straight-line nose often tends to be subtly high.. In the past, a lot of people did it without implants too.. Rather than going to consultations thinking, “I’ll get recommendations and narrow it down from there,” you can get a better-quality consultation if you first clearly decide what you want to do. Clinics can tell whether this person knows a bit about it or not.. I also talked to Director Kim Hyun-joo about a clean, sharply defined straight nose, and the discussion went into the nasal tip shape and the bridge line. Basically, for people with a straight nasal bridge, they often don’t place much silicone, and for people whose nose is a bit crooked or has a slight hump tendency (not a severe hump), sometimes they just refine it and preserve the existing shape. There are various cases. It’s also good to get your own nose photos evaluated, and I recommend looking through threads and other places too. This community had the highest-quality information, but... the more you look, the more confusing it gets.
