I wanted natural-looking rhinoplasty without an implant, so I had surgery with Dr. Lee Ji-hwan!! The surgery was done using only septal cartilage and ear cartilage, and it has been 2 months now. It looks so, so natural, and he perfectly improved what I wanted: removing the nasal hump and correcting the drooping nasal tip!! An ear splint, swelling laser, and scar laser were also included in the plan, so the post-op care was good too. Maybe because he did the surgery so well, the swelling and bruising didn’t last long, and now I can fully go about daily life with no side effects~~
