I went to consultations at several places because I wanted to get nose surgery, and the doctor understood the look I wanted the best. I also felt that the director had a really good sense for this, so I had the surgery at Miho. For the materials, they used custom silicone, ear cartilage, and autologous costal cartilage. But time really is the best medicine. As more time passes, the swelling keeps going down, and the overall line seems to be becoming much more natural. Maybe because they used silicone that fit my nose, my original nose shape is still there, while the parts that were lacking were refined. It feels higher with the masculine, straight line I wanted, so I’m really satisfied. It seems to have turned out exactly like the look I talked about before surgery lol I really feel lucky to have found a clinic that suited me well. They say swelling after nose surgery can keep going down until the 6-month mark, so I’ll write another progress review soon.
