I don’t want to be suspected of being a broker, so I’m keeping the clinic name private! I think there are a lot of before-and-after photo reviews, but not many reviews about the physical condition after surgery or how the process goes, so I’m going to write one. I’ll come back and write whenever I have time!! First, this is my review of days 1-3 after surgery. Day 1: On the day of surgery, I went to the clinic, paid, changed clothes in the recovery room, took photos, and went into surgery. My surgery was at 10 a.m., so fasting wasn’t too hard. ChatGPT said that for fat grafting, you need to stock up on glycogen at your last meal (otherwise your body goes into fat-burning mode…), so I made sure to eat dinner properly. The surgery took about 4 hours from going in until it ended? The various preparations before surgery took about 1 hour, and after it was over, I stayed in the recovery room for about 1 hour!! What I was worried about was whether taking public transportation would be difficult, but for anyone getting it done alone, I recommend it~! There were no seats, so I just sat in the priority seating and came home. If you have to go home standing, it might be a little hard I had liposuction on my thighs and abdomen, and my thighs feel the tightest. My abdomen and grafted areas are, well… muscle soreness after working out hurts more! Days 2-3 The swelling is legendary~ I couldn’t put in any strength, so I couldn’t even poop properly I’m usually good at going, but it was so hard that it took 10 minutes… The grafted areas don’t hurt much, and the liposuction areas, especially the thighs, hurt! They swell up like an elephant all the way down to the knees. (What’s interesting is that my calves are the same…) I didn’t wear a compression garment, and I’m not sure whether that was good or not!! I’m not usually the type to eat that carefully, but I’m eating a ton so the graft takes well Lots of healthy food!! Day 5 is Monday, when I have to go to work, and I’m already scared of the packed subway What’s interesting is that every time I eat, my breasts tingle;; Is it nutrient supply If you leave any questions in the comments, I’ll try to write about them in the next post~~
