It has already been 3 months since I had breast filler removal and augmentation surgery at Foret Plastic Surgery in Sinnonhyeon. After the first month passed, time really started to fly. In the beginning, I was worried about swelling and upper fullness, but over 2 to 3 months, it gradually settled down naturally.
Now I can go about daily life, and I’m doing almost all kinds of exercise too. I’m doing upper-body workouts at the gym without any issues, and I have almost no pain or discomfort. I’m so satisfied that I even think I should have had the surgery sooner!!
The shape settled faster than I expected, and especially as the upper fullness came down naturally, the overall line became much softer. It looks nicely shaped when I wear underwear, and even without underwear, it looks natural without an overly obvious “had surgery” feeling. A friend around me who already had surgery also told me the shape looks pretty, so that made me feel even more reassured.
The part I was most worried about before surgery was the scar. My skin is sensitive and I tend to scar easily, so I thought about it a lot, but maybe because the incision was made along the armpit crease line, it is much less noticeable than I expected. The director also paid attention to scar care, so currently there is only a little redness left, and I think by around 6 months it will be hidden in the crease and won’t be visible.
Director Kim Min-young really does even very difficult surgeries all through the transaxillary approach... She is an expert in breast surgery.. Her professionalism really shows.
Overall, I had a lot of worries because I had augmentation immediately after filler removal, but now it feels like the shape, feel, and even daily-life comfort are all settling in stably. Since I’m still only at 3 months, I was told there is still room for it to become even softer, so I plan to keep watching the progress. I think it is already plenty soft even now!
