Hi everyone, I’m back with a review 1 year and 2 months after breast fat grafting. I heard there aren’t many reviews from over a year later, so I decided to become one myself haha
Before surgery: 75B with no upper-breast fullness Upper bust 86 cm, underbust 74 cm.
1st breast fat grafting: Liposuction of the back flanks + back thighs + accessory breasts Right 390 cc / left 350 cc Upper bust: 89 cm / underbust: 75 cm
2nd breast fat grafting: 360-degree upper arms + inner thigh liposuction Right 350 cc / left 320 cc Upper bust: 90 cm / underbust: 74 cm
Current: 75C or above Upper bust: 90–91 cm / underbust: 74–75 cm
Maybe because I gained 2–3 kg after surgery, even 80C–75D bras fit well.
The measurements I’ve taken with a tape measure have stayed the same so far, and the right side, which was originally smaller, does seem to have lost a bit of upper-breast volume, but when I wear a bra there isn’t much difference. The left side is still big, and the upper breast is filled out well too.
The interesting thing is that when I eat a lot, my breasts feel full and get bigger! When I’m on an empty stomach, they somehow look smaller than usual. It might just be my mood, but when I measure with a tape measure, the size is the same.
Up until 10–11 months they felt kind of soft and squishy, but now, maybe because it’s cold, they seem a little firmer. Even before surgery, my breasts weren’t soft, and since I have a straight body type, my skin and flesh were firm, so they had a toned feel. So I do sometimes get scared, wondering if they’re returning to that original texture (or if maybe something is wrong?!), but after having the oil cyst removed, I still haven’t had any signs at all, like little bean-like lumps I can feel or sharp tingling pain.
For about a week after surgery, I felt a bit short of breath, you know? Since my breasts got bigger, maybe they were pressing down, so there was a tight feeling, and very occasionally I still get that feeling (it might just be because I ate a lot haha..)
My arms got thinner, so I gained confidence wearing somewhat tight-fitting clothes, and I’ve been wearing them often lately. A few people have sometimes asked, “Were your breasts always that big?” But it’s not like they’re looking at me suspiciously wondering if I had surgery, because I did gain quite a bit of weight too lolololol.
The scars are the same. They have faded a bit, but I don’t think they disappear to the point of being completely invisible. If you look at the bikini photos, you can see the scar on my right armpit, right? It’s still there exactly like that. Strangely, the left one is much smaller than that, but the scar on the right was somewhat large from the time it was healing. The scars on my thighs and back thighs are a different color from my original skin tone, so you can see them if you look closely. But they’re in areas that fold, so they look ambiguous.
I think you can consider the scars around the areola or elbows as basically nonexistent. They don’t show at all.
I kept getting scar treatment consistently, but it didn’t seem very effective, so I stopped with one session left.. It was far from home too, so going there was tiring
Last summer, I had so much fun shopping for bikinis, and the situation of wondering whether I should get L or XL was so fun and funny lolololol. I even had to return things a few times because they were too small.. It was amazing that this kind of situation could happen to me.
Only my mom knows among my family, and the rest of my family thinks I gained a tremendous amount of weight lolololol. I used to not understand when friends with large breasts said they actually had to wear sports bras and make their breasts look smaller for their body to look smaller, but now I understand..
Especially for me, my rib cage looks large compared with my body, and once my breasts got bigger too, my frame looked seriously no joke..
Now I understand the saying that you have to wear tight-fitting clothes to look slim!

If I can remember, I’ll come write reviews at 2 years and 3 years too. I’m absolutely not a broker, and this clinic doesn’t pressure people to write reviews, so I’m really writing this voluntarily..
I was disappointed that there wasn’t even a system where they discount the surgery fee if you write a review.
I wanted to let you know that so far, it’s been maintaining well without any major issues.
