I got incision double eyelid surgery + ptosis correction + under-eye fat repositioning at Really Plastic Surgery! Even before surgery, I originally had a line? but it was closer to a crease than an actual double eyelid, so I had been considering the non-incisional buried-suture method, but I think I’m glad I went with incision instead.
I’m so satisfied with everything from the first consultation to the surgery and aftercare. Today marks exactly one week, and when I visited the clinic to have my stitches removed, everyone from the staff to the director was still consistently so attentive, which was great. (The staff were the same, of course, but I was also so grateful that the director took such good care of me after surgery and again today when I went to get my stitches removed.)
Just in case, I worked hard at cold/warm compresses and taking walks, and for an incisional procedure, the swelling wasn’t that bad. Maybe it’s because the surgery was done well in the first place, but the more I manage it, the more I can see the results, so I’m really satisfied! (And this is just a side note, but the incision-line scar doesn’t look that severe either!!! Good!!!)
What I hear most after surgery is that people around me say my overall impression has changed, and they say it’s getting more natural as time goes on, so I feel so happy
