When I went for a consultation after making an appointment, the manager consulted with me first. The manager was very kind and gave me a very straightforward consultation, so I felt good. They said I had a condition where my eyes do not fully close when shut, so they did not recommend eye muscle correction or an incisional method. They said non-incisional would leave me with not enough strength, so they recommended a partial incision.
