About 3 years ago, my silicone implant became crooked, so I paid a large amount of money at this hospital and had revision surgery. At first, I liked my nose, but after the donated dermis was absorbed, the silicone shifted to one side, so I’m worried now. I came back to this community again to look into another revision surgery. Thinking about whether I should go with autologous costal cartilage and open up my nose again is already making my head throb. My nostrils were uneven, but they aligned the nostrils well. However, my nose looks slightly upturned, so I think I’ll need revision surgery. I hope I can research carefully and make this my last surgery.
