Overall, it seemed more like the surgery was designed based on the doctor's personal experience rather than by referring to the direction I wanted, but the result was quite satisfying. In the case of surgery for a white-bridge nose, it seems better to account for the height dropping a bit and make it slightly higher from the start. Since this is a PRF DC method that grinds cartilage to use it, for about 8 weeks after the first surgery there is quite a bit of difference in height compared with the initial height because of cartilage engraftment and compression.
