I’m on day 11 after nose surgery, and my nasal tip feels so tight, is red, and looks like Pinocchio… I have an ear cartilage columellar strut + derotation graft + cartilage tying + nasal tip cartilage graft in my nasal tip. What do you think about early removal of the ear cartilage graft in the nasal tip and the derotation graft? I heard it’s better to remove them early before adhesions form! I want to have them removed through a closed approach, but if that’s not possible, then open approach.. How would the swelling and bruising be compared with the first surgery? I really hope my nasal tip gets lower, please. When I show my friends, they’re all shocked.. I’m so, so stressed, and every day feels depressing. Everyone who had early removal, please share your experiences
