But the appointments were already fully booked during the school break, so I decided to have it removed during summer vacation. Taking a leave of absence is a bit difficult for me.... I probably won’t come into this community much until before the surgery. Even as it is, whenever I feel tenderness, my anxiety gets worse psychologically, and I get stressed worrying that it might be a side effect. But when I keep coming in and out of this community, reading side-effect reviews, worrying about side effects that haven’t even happened, crying every day and obsessing over it, the stress really affects my stomach. My digestion has gotten bad. Until the surgery, I’m going to try to manage my immunity as much as possible by getting herbal medicine made and taking plenty of supplements. Everyone who has decided on removal, please don’t worry too much. Stress is bad for the body, so I hope you spend your time thinking as positively as possible!! You know stress has a big effect on hormones, right? Manage your sleep, take your supplements well, and I’ll come back before the surgery.
