Before surgery, I started noticing the bulge under my eyes and searched a lot about lower eyelid fat repositioning. The biggest thing I worried about during consultations was fat removal,, I went to 4 places, and two said fat removal was necessary while the other two said it wasn't necessary and that lower eyelid fat repositioning alone would be enough. After thinking it over, I only had lower eyelid fat repositioning + septal reinforcement! After the lower eyelid fat repositioning, I had expected bruising and burst capillaries, but overall the swelling and bruising weren't severe, so I removed the tape after 3 days and from day 7 I didn't have much trouble with daily life, to the point that I almost wondered whether I really had surgery But recovery time varies a lot from person to person, so please take my review as reference only! The doctor also explained things calmly in the YouTube videos, and when I went for the consultation, he also calmly showed me the before-and-after photos and each type while explaining carefully, which seems to have been a big part of why I chose the clinic. I was also worried that not choosing fat removal might cause hollowness, and since there was a place that said it would be okay not to do it, I didn't choose it!
