Before surgery, my biggest concern was my bulbous nose, but I wanted a natural look rather than something that looked overly obvious or overdone. The surgery reviews for Director Kim Hyun-joo at the plastic surgery clinic looked the most natural and had many results with the kind of feel I wanted, so after watching YouTube videos and reading surgical reviews, I decided to have my first rhinoplasty there. I used autologous costal cartilage without an implant, and personally, I felt that there was less swelling and bruising after the rhinoplasty than I expected. Looking at those aspects, I thought the director’s surgical skill was good. I’ll have to keep watching it for now, but I’m satisfied because it turned out natural. I think I’ll know more once the swelling at the nasal tip goes down further. So far, I’m satisfied.
