I made a reservation and went, but the person ahead of me took longer than expected, so there was a bit of a wait. I had a CT scan, photos taken, and then the consultation proceeded. Since I had watched YouTube videos before going, it was oddly familiar to hear the voice. It was exactly the same as on YouTube. They measured the septal cartilage size and recommended removing the existing silicone, correcting the bulbous nose, septal cartilage, and fascia. During the consultation, I wanted to see before-and-after photos and case photos, but I couldn't bring myself to ask. The Photoshop virtual surgery was good, but I wish I could have seen more real photos. I was glad they did not mention autologous costal cartilage.
