The part of my face that had always bothered me the most was my nose. It was noticeably low, and the nasal tip drooped, so it was a concern for me. After thinking it over, I decided to get rhinoplasty and started looking for clinics. I looked at several sites and searched on YouTube as well, and I found out about RU Plastic Surgery through the YouTube channel run by the director, so I decided to have consultations at a total of three clinics, including RU. In the end, I decided to have surgery at RU. The reasons were that it is a clinic well known for revision surgery, so I felt less worried about side effects; the director was kind and seemed meticulous; and I liked that the director personally provides care even after surgery. I had surgery using autologous costal cartilage for my entire nose. Autologous costal cartilage was used for the nasal tip, and for the nasal bridge, I was deciding between silicone and the DCF technique, but I chose the DCF method because I felt slightly less worried about side effects. After the cotton packing was removed following rhinoplasty, the pain was not severe, and the nose line seems to have turned out naturally, just as I wanted, so I am very satisfied.
