My nose surgery is ruined

I had nose surgery (nasal bridge, nasal tip, bulbous nose) + cheekbone surgery 2 weeks ago Before surgery, my columella was visible too.. and my nasal alae were not drooping.. But after surgery, once the cotton and splint were removed, I saw that I had a seriously upturned nose, the columella had gone in, and the nasal alae had come down After 2 weeks the nasal tip came down a lot, and when I went for follow-up and said, where is my columella.. why are the alae like this.. they said because I did it together with cheekbone surgery, there is still swelling and we have to wait for it to go down.. They said my philtrum is also being pulled, so it looks a bit long, but that will improve as it comes down... Up to that point, I felt somewhat comforted.. But afterward they said there was not enough space in the skin around the nose and it did not stretch well, so they had pulled it a bit, and later, once space forms, they can cut it open again and put ear cartilage.. into the columella... Hearing that made me so anxious Even if it was an event price.. I paid money for surgery.. and not one person around me has said it turned out well, so I am so depressed and upset Will my columella come down? I went to the hospital on 12/22, and the director who operated on my nose really seems insane.. The director who did my nose surgery said that because of the cheekbone swelling, he thought my nose would look low, so he raised it a bit high and pulled a lot, and said it was his mistake. My face is not a drawing paper, and it is not something you can just draw and erase if you make a mistake. Does it make sense to call it a mistake? I told the hospital I wanted after-service for the nose, a refund of the cost, and that the corneal abrasion in my eye also happened during the transition from cheekbone surgery to the nose surgery process. Yesterday I was diagnosed with corneal erosion, and for this too I asked them to tell me when I would be contacted by the indemnity side and roughly how much the amount would be. I told them that if it falls short of the amount of damage we suffered, the hospital should compensate the rest. They said they would contact me today, but I do not know what they will say. Other plastic surgery clinics around me say not to do it at that hospital and to receive the revision surgery cost, but on 12/23 the hospital contacted me and said whether it is a nose refund or revision surgery cost, the indemnity side will contact me, so I can receive it through them. After hearing from a lawyer I know, the medical liability mutual aid association takes at least 2-3 months of waiting, and the compensation amount from the association itself is small, so I am so angry right now. Why does the hospital not give the money directly? I am so dumbfounded that when I go one more time to check the surgical progress, I am going to say something and spread word about this hospital, using YouTube, promotional posts, and all my connections to damage their image.
