11 years ago, I had nasal filler removed and had rhinoplasty at the same time. I had a slight hump reduced and then had surgery with a 3 mm silicone implant. Thanks to that, I lived confidently and well, but a few months ago I was in a traffic accident and my nasal bone fractured, so I had no choice but to have the silicone removed and undergo fracture surgery at a university hospital. Since they had trimmed the hump nicely, my nose stayed smooth even after the silicone was taken out, so I left it as is and it has been 6 months now.
