I thought my nasal bridge was pretty okay, but my alar wings were wide and my nostrils felt way too big,,, so I was always obsessed with retouching, you know? Even when taking my ID photo, I hated my wide nostril wings so much that I retouched it a ton by myself ^^.. But getting full nose surgery was too scary and I didn’t want to do that.. So I visited about three clinics, and at a clinic that explained the lightest surgical option and gave me a very thorough consultation, I got alar base reduction. I absolutely did not want my surgery to be botched at a factory-style clinic and end up looking overly pinched. I only did the nostril wings and nothing else, but even though I explained it terribly, the director understood exactly what I meant and did the surgery so well And because the incision area is small, there are almost no bothersome scars
