I had nose surgery without an implant using autologous costal cartilage, and I’m now approaching week 3. The left and right shapes are different. I know it could be because of asymmetry, but the actual shape on each side is so different. Can this happen????? I feel like it’ll still be like this even after the swelling goes down..
