I had it done with septal cartilage + silicone, and I’m fairly satisfied. Since the nasal tip shape isn’t too pointy, I think it still has a natural feel. But I’m a little disappointed with the nasolabial angle, so I’m considering revision surgery. Would it be possible to have revision surgery to slightly widen only the nasolabial angle without changing the materials?
