5 years ago, during the COVID period, I ended up having alar base reduction and nostril sill/alar rim lifting together. Because of my personal skin/scarring tendency, I’m sad that a bit of scarring remained on one side, but they also did laser treatment twice, so the situation was good. I did get a scar, but my nose definitely became smaller, so it was better that I had it done. The nostril sill/alar rim lifting also turned out well, so my nose looks more open and refreshed. It’s good for detailed surgery, and the surgery cost is also cost-effective, which is nice. It’s good enough that I think I should have done it earlier. The director speaks fast, but did it well the way I wanted
