I really had an extremely low nose, to the point where it was hard to even call it a nasal bridge, but after getting my nose done at a clinic, I gained real definition and three-dimensionality, so I’m just regretting why I only got rhinoplasty now lol Since my nostrils were also wide, my facial features overall really had a flat-looking feel, but after doing nostril reduction together, my nose looks slimmer overall and more defined, so I’m very, very satisfied For my nasal tip, they used my septal cartilage and donated costal cartilage too, and since I got surgery from someone who definitely handles costal cartilage well, there’s no bending, and even now the line is holding without drooping.
