My first nose surgery was totally botched, but my revision surgery was successful. I already had facial asymmetry, but after my first rhinoplasty, my nose shifted to the side, which emphasized the asymmetry even more, and my nostrils also leaned to one side. The hump wasn’t fixed either. As time passed, the nasal tip drooped even more, and the bridge had been raised way too much, so my face looked more masculine. At Nano, they clearly improved my side profile, and they shaped the rounded look I wanted plus the nostril shape. The asymmetry couldn’t be corrected perfectly, but unless you take a photo and look closely, it’s not very noticeable.
