Hi, everyone... I had left a review after my revision rhinoplasty, and as of February 1, it has been 6 months. I’m writing a few lines in case my review might help anyone. @Surgical method: Autologous dermis for both the nasal bridge + nasal tip @Process: Up to 1 month: a small Avatar look (I didn’t raise my bridge much,, but it was still Avatar-like). From the front, people couldn’t tell I had nose surgery. Until 4 months, only the bridge area looked slightly high, forming a somewhat hump-like shape, but it was overcorrection and disappeared afterward. 5–6 months: the Avatar look completely disappeared, and it feels like the nose is settling into place. Most absorption happens by 2–3 months, and after that it feels like it is settling. They say it can continue to absorb little by little up to 1 year–1 year and a half, but based on my progress so far, I think it will be minimal. @Pros: On cold days like this winter, my nose and face felt so warm, which was nice. Before, even when I wore a mask, my nasal bridge was completely icy. And I feel so much more at ease. Because there is nothing in my nose. @Cons: At first, there were so many strange posts that I went through a lot emotionally, but because of the characteristics of autologous dermis, if you definitely do it at a place with a lot of experience, you don’t need to worry too much. Even though my nose surgery went well, there is an absorption process, so when I saw strange posts, I did get worried. @What I want to say to everyone: As a woman approaching my mid-to-late 40s, if there is anyone who is stressed because of silicone like I was, I strongly recommend autologous dermis. But truly, a place with a lot of experience! I hope and really hope you do it at a place with a lot of experience. I think that is absolutely the best. Don’t think about things like service, just think about the nose
