I received an Ultracol treatment, and to give the conclusion first, I have no intention of visiting again. It wasn’t my first time getting Ultracol, and I’ve had it done at other clinics too, so I know what it feels like, but this place was definitely not good. First of all, the consultation manager was far too aggressive with sales. They kept pushing me to add more cc than the amount I had in mind. I had the procedure done by a male director, but it felt like he didn’t do the molding or massage thoroughly? Compared with other places, I definitely felt like he handled it roughly, and the bruising and swelling were much worse. When I touched my skin while washing my face, I could feel lumpy areas inside, like nodules, for quite a long time, so I was extremely stressed that I might develop side effects.
I forced myself to go back two more times because of retouching, but it was hard to make appointments, and the staff responses were unfriendly. A front desk staff member wasn’t wearing a mask and kept coughing, then touched things and handled customers with those hands without disinfecting them... That also made me feel really uneasy.
