Worst ever. I bought five-session packages each for upper lip, underarms, full arms, backs of hands and fingers, and full Brazilian laser hair removal. First of all, everyone except the consultation manager and the aesthetic staff was rude. The worst part was when getting the hair removal treatment. They did not give a separate changing room, so I had to change clothes next to the treatment bed, and while I was changing with the curtain drawn, they suddenly kept opening the curtain without saying anything.
