First of all, there are both really kind staff members and unfriendly staff members there. I got laser hair removal, and they said something along the lines of, if I paid with a 500,000-won voucher or whatever it was, I would save a few tens of thousands of won, so I paid with that instead of just paying only for the laser hair removal. But after paying, when I had another consultation, they explained that certain procedures could not be received with that voucher and would require an additional payment, and that there was also an expiration period… It is a factory-style clinic, and except for a few kind people, the atmosphere was not that good, so it felt a bit uncomfortable. The laser hair removal was a bit painful, and the effect seems so-so.
