Since he does not recommend fat grafting, fat grafting was not mentioned at all, and I liked that he performs surgery naturally and safely using the patient’s own fat. He said that by using EasyTicon, the fat can be pulled down well to the tear trough, and that other internal fixation methods would be less effective, so I was a bit confused..
