They took detailed notes and gave me realistic advice. A bulbous nose cannot be addressed with silicone removal alone; silicone is needed. They first told me to ask anything I was curious about, so I was able to ask comfortably. They said that even if the nasal septum is deviated, septal deviation surgery does not have to be done if there are no functional problems. I went because of sagging from old silicone, but they said the before-and-after difference may not be very big, so I’m hesitating. I liked that there was no excessive recommendation. I heard from others that they show a lot of before-and-after surgery photos, so I wanted to see those, but I didn’t get to see many. That was a bit disappointing.
