I visited for a consultation about my first surgery. There was no CT scan; they showed me a virtual surgery simulation using Photoshop. The design was different from the blog posts, as in the reviews (a pointed nasal tip with a conspicuous old-fashioned style..?). They prioritized safety and set the height, realistically explaining that going beyond a certain number of millimeters could cause visibility and require revision surgery. They recommended closed rhinoplasty + silicone from the glabella to the nasal tip + ear cartilage for the tip. The silicone would be inserted quite long, and it was not the design I had in mind, so I excluded it from my final options It seems many people seek them for revision surgery; while waiting for my consultation, I saw about three people who had come for revision consultations.
