Autologous costal cartilage, 4 mm silicone, nasolabial angle, short nose, small nose correction. They first said to use 5 mm correction silicone, then on the day of surgery said to make it a bit higher than 5, but in the end they put in 4. The reason was that once they actually opened my nose, my nasal bridge was much lower than expected + my skin was too thin + very small nose. I really like the front view, but the side view is still way too low even after surgery, so I’m so sad. What if I end up getting a third surgery because I don’t like the design again? Sigh, I thought it would get a bit higher, but it’s just as low as before, so I’m needlessly upset. They probably did that because if they made it higher, complications might happen, right..? I’m trying hard to think of it that way.. I had surgery because I wanted my nose to be higher, but if it’s a nose that can’t be made higher, I guess the only option is to be born again.
