I had surgery to shave down a bulbous nose and the hump caused by osteotomy. I liked the nose I saw in the reviews from when the doctor was at another place, so when he opened his own private clinic I quickly got a promo consultation and had the surgery cheaply, I think. I had a thin layer of silicone placed on the bridge, and I don't seem to have any particular side effects....? It's been a while since I had it done in January and now it's November. I wanted something natural but didn't want a big bulky nose, but I also didn't want to look like Pinocchio, so before surgery I made an insane number of requests. Thinking back, the doctor must have been so tired of me... It's just a fairly ordinary nose now, but it was so bad before that it seems to fit my face naturally now. I didn't go for a flashy line or anything, just the kind of style that seems to suit the patient. The side line of the nose feels somewhere between straight and slightly curved. My mom said it looked like a man's nose ㅡㅡ annoying. But honestly, it's so natural and the tip is pretty soft, so I keep picking boogers all the time. I had ear cartilage at the tip, but the ear cartilage left a scar...
