First of all, since the surgery was done under local anesthesia rather than sleep anesthesia, I think the big advantage is that you can see the shape of your nose right after the operation. Also, I think it's nice that you can personally choose the silicone height from 1 to 9 mm. And the fact that it was a plaster cast rhinoplasty felt very new to me!
