I had surgery to shave down a bulbous nose and the hump caused by osteotomy. I liked the nose I saw in the reviews from when the doctor was at another place, so when he opened his own private clinic I quickly got a promo consultation and had the surgery cheaply, I think. I had a thin layer of silicone placed on the bridge, and I don't seem to have any particular side effects...? It's been a while since I had it done in January and now it's November. I wanted something natural but didn't want a big bulky nose, but I also didn't want to look like Pinocchio, so before surgery I made an insane number of requests. Thinking back, the doctor must have been so tired of me...
