I went to three places for a double eyelid surgery consultation, and this was the only place that recommended only the buried suture method. Other places tried to add on and sell various other surgeries, but here they said why would I do all that and recommended just one thing. They also explained the surgical method thoroughly, and the staff and director were all kind, so I asked everything I wanted to ask and had a pleasant consultation.
